DIY Projects:
Auto Rotation Fix for NextBook Flexx and Windows 8.1
August 3, 2015

For some Windows 8.1 and NextBook Flexx 10 users the screen may have stopped automatically rotating or orienting. The screen auto rotation or screen auto orientation feature may have accidentally been disabled. Here's how to fix it:

The setting that controls screen rotation is located in your Screen Resolution settings. These are found under Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Screen Resolution.

Alternatively, you can right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Screen Resolution.

Once there, make sure the box for "Allow the screen to auto-rotate" is checked. Then click on "OK" to apply your settings. The rotation settings will take effect immediately. (See screenshot below)
